Swim with dolphins - don't miss the chance to make the dream
come true

The year ahead ?
The prospects are not looking good for 2009 anywhere in the world,
and Pattaya is no exception. Thai businesses, both large and small,
whose livelihoods depend on tourism are sure of only one thing -
it's going to be a tough year.
On
the other hand those tourists who decide to come will be rewarded by
being in a buyers' paradise. Where else would £20/Euros get you a
nice-sized hotel room with air-con, fridge, cable TV and really good
service. Most hotels have a pool and other sporting facilities such
as tennis courts.
Old Thailand hands are unlikely to be put off by the recession or
any of the other problems. They know that Thailand has it's own
unique way of muddling through just about anything.
So
what sort of holiday can you expect in Pattaya ? Well you can be
sure of two things - fun and sun. From now to November the weather
will be hot with occasional rain - especially in September.
But as night falls the temperature can drop to around 20c. The sea
temperature 29-30c and we are getting good viz when diving.
Apart from the weather there are many other reasons why this a great
time to book a holiday in Pattaya. Our day trips to swim with
trained dolphins are fantastically popular with all of the family.
There are super hotels, wonderful restaurants and scores of things
to do - swimming with dolphins, hash running, golfing, driving
go-karts or ATVs, and of course, snorkeling and scuba diving on
coral reefs and shipwrecks.
Is
it safe to visit Thailand ? Well the sad fact of life is that
nowhere in the world can be guaranteed to be safe from the effects
of nature or humans. And that probably includes where YOU are living
right now.
But if you are worried that you might get blown up, blown over,
flooded, die of bird 'flu, Mexican swine 'flu get made redundant,
go broke.... then you might just as well come to Thailand and
have a bit of fun first.
And there's no place better to go than Pattaya if you seek fun.
So
come and dive with us - we have a special one-day PADI course to
introduce you to the magic of "flying" weightlessly over a coral
reef. Or, if you are already a certified diver come out for fun
dives, or do a bit of training to improve your diving skills and
improve your certification rating.
Does
your job and your life lack fun and adventure ? Does it offer you an
exciting and fun filled future? If you answer "no" to any of those
questions then why not join one of our tailor-made courses which can
take you from novice diver to become a PADI professional scuba
instructor in just six months.
Please
note that we are the only dive operation in Pattaya that offers "pay
as you go" internships rather than asking you to gamble with the
total amount. email us at dchandler@loxinfo.co.th and
we will be happy to answer your questions and provide further
information.
Newest Wreck
Pattaya's newest wreck was sunk as a diver attraction and artificial
reef just over a year ago. She's the Luang Khud, a medium-sized
landing craft and a sister ship of the HTMS Khram which was sunk off
Pattaya in January 2002.
